Prabin Man Singh

Programme Director 

Prabin Man Singh is a strong advocate of environmental rights and justice.  Over a decade, Prabin has been extensively working in the areas of climate change and disaster risk reduction (DRR). He has lead and is associated with many national and international networks working in the areas of climate change and DRR.  He has commissioned and authored many research studies primarily on climate change.   Prior to joining PRC, he worked for Oxfam in Nepal where he led policy advocacy work.

Pradeep Bhattarai

Programme Officer

Pradeep Bhattarai has a degree in Environmental Management and is passionate about environment conservation and climate change work. Prior to joining PRC, Pradeep led Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA) as a Network Coordinator in the year 2015 and 2016.  He also worked as a City Environment Volunteer at Kathmandu Metropolitan City in 2011. He is a member of the United Nations Youth and Students Association of Nepal (UNYSAN). Raju Pandit Chhetri

Executive Director 

Raju Pandit Chhetri studied development and sociology. Raju has over ten years of experience in the field of climate change policy and sustainable development. In the past, Raju worked for United Mission to Nepal and Climate Action Network International. Raju has been closely following climate change negotiations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Green Climate Fund (GCF). Currently, he also serves as the member of the Climate Change Council and Climate Finance Technical Committee under the Government of Nepal. Sarika Rai

Operation Director 

Sarika Rai has a degree in Regional and Rural Development Planning and is specialized in Integrated Watershed Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. She has keen interest in the area of research on climate change, gender, natural resources management, land rights advocacy and programme management system. In the past she worked on gender issues and land rights advocacy. Prior to joining PRC, she worked for Community Self Reliance Centre.

Smriti Maharjan has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Pune University, India with specialization in Finance. She is familiar with MS-Office and Tally software. She has attended various workshops related to financial services. During her college time, she has organized various events and programmes.

Sneha Rai has a BSc degree from Saint Edmund’s College, Shillong, India and MSc degree in Environment and Natural Resources from Kathmandu University, Nepal. PRC is the stepping stone of her career and she hopes to learn more through her experiences. She performs wide range of duties contributing to climate change and environment programmes. She also supports organizing workshops, interaction and training programmes. In her free time, she loves to watch Si-Fi movies and wildlife documentaries.
